We were lucky enough to pick up a mooring in Stonehaven on Hook Island yesterday lunchtime before the school holiday ‘crowds’ swamped the anchorage. Bossa Nova crossed the Lakes Entrance bar at 11.45 am today. Excitement and nerves all rolled in to one. With crew on board – Steve and John – we have headed for Sydney. Making 6.5 – 7 knots with main and jib.
